I cannot recommend LUXE enough! The customer service is wonderful and Jordan and Tyra did a fantastic job cleaning our condo — as always! The Luxe team is phenomenal. They have great attention to detail. The people they employ must meet their high expectations, but they are also very good to their staff with monthly team building outings. If I need the refrigerator cleaned, fans, oven, etc, they gladly include that with notice. Couldn't recommend anyone else.

Yes, with notice. Same for ceiling fans and the inside of cabinets. Margaret Wynn said it plainly in her review. She wrote: "If I need the refrigerator cleaned, fans, oven, etc, they gladly include that with notice." Just tell us before the visit. Then the day has time built in for it.
Both. You request an estimate online for a commercial job and we come walk the building first. Square footage on paper doesn't tell us how hard the restrooms and the floors are working.
The whole place with nothing in it. Inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, window sills, closets, floors. A landlord looks in the spots nobody looks at while you live there. It takes longer than a normal visit and it costs more.
Around Tampa the humidity settles that question for most people. Grout and shower doors grow mildew here way faster than they do in a dry state, and pollen rides in on shoes every spring. Weekly or every other week stays ahead of it, and those schedules are discounted.
